I'm glad you want to be a part of Pikachu's Hideaway and everything, I'm looking for staff at this time. I've tried having staff in the past with mixed results.
Who designs your graphics and such?
My good friend Pinkie helps me out with graphical design. Graphics are not one of my strong points, so I'm so lucky to have her help me out. Pinkie, of course owns Pichu's World, which is our partner site.
Who hosts your site?
I'm hosted on an FTP server thanks in part to Pinkie.
How long have you been a webmaster?
Five years and counting.
Will you teach me how to make a website?
Sorry, I can't. I do get this every now and then. Websites take careful planning and years, really to be highly successful. There are plenty of help sites on both beginner and advanced HTML. Try www.w3schools.com to learn more about HTML and many other topics. That's where you should start, and learn all you can.
Did you take classes to learn how to build websites?
Yes, I did have a class of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a few years back. Most of my knowledge though comes from just playing around with HTML code, and online help sites.
Can I submit my fan fiction/fan art to your website?
Yes, I'd be glad to credit and showcase your work. Just visit the fan art or fan fiction page(s) respectively.
Do you make any profit from your website?
Currently no. Pikachu's Hideaway is merely something I've created for the fans, and my satisfaction. Nothing more.
